audience members he has a
concealed weapon permit.

ruling overturning a new law that
requires counties to pay for the
state’s juvenile detention
centers. I agree—it does “pass the
buck” on juvenile detention
centers to Florida’s 67 counties.
It is an unfunded mandate.
